Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, and staying safe with GoFillAm.

Is GoFillAm available in Port Harcourt?

Yes — Port Harcourt and the surrounding Rivers State areas, delivered by our own riders and tracked from pickup to your door. Type your address on the order form: inside our coverage you get a quote straight away, and if you are just outside it, tell us and we'll let you know the moment we reach you 🌟

How do I know the gas is safe?

We partner with certified stations & use verified riders. Your cylinder is handled safely from pickup to delivery 🔒

Can I track my order?

Yes! Get real-time updates from pickup to delivery. We'll keep you posted 💬

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

No worries — leave your cylinder outside and let our rider know. We'll drop the refilled one and take the empty 😊

How much does it cost?

You pay a service fee + the actual refill cost of your cylinder. No hidden charges 📊

Do you refill all cylinder types?

Refills run from 3kg to 50kg — 3kg, 4kg, 5kg, 6kg, 12.5kg and 50kg among them — and a custom size is welcome too. Pick the size on the order form, or choose "Custom" and tell us what you have 🤔

How much does a gas refill cost in Port Harcourt?

A gas refill is priced per kilogram plus a delivery service fee, and the price depends on the cylinder size and how far you are from our station. Enter your address on the order form and you get an exact quote before you pay — no hidden charges 💰

How long does a gas refill take?

Most refills arrive the same day, and an order placed before 4pm usually reaches Zone 1 that day. You can track the rider from pickup to your door the whole way, and you can pick a date and time on the order form if you would rather book it for later ⏱️

Do you refill my own cylinder, or swap it for another?

We refill your own cylinder: the rider picks up your empty one, it is refilled at a certified station, and the same cylinder comes back to you. Nothing of yours is swapped for someone else's 🔄

Which areas do you cover for gas refill delivery?

We deliver across Port Harcourt and the surrounding Rivers State areas. Type your address on the order form and, if you are inside our coverage, you will get a live quote straight away 📍

How do I place an order and pay?

Order directly on our website and we'll generate your quotation instantly — pay right there by card, bank transfer, or USSD via Paystack, or choose Xara and your invoice comes to your WhatsApp to pay from your Xara wallet. Prefer WhatsApp end to end? We'll send your quote there instead, confirmed with a bank transfer receipt. The GoFillAm shop — cylinders, hoses, burners, regulators and fittings — is ordered and paid for the same way 💳

What if there's an issue with my refill?

What are your hours?

We run Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, and are closed on Sundays for now. Orders are placed on the website at any hour — one in before 4pm usually reaches Zone 1 the same day, and we're working towards 24/7 ⏰

How can I stay updated on deals?

Follow @GoFillAm on WhatsApp, X, Facebook, IG, TikTok & YouTube for promos and safety tips, and join the newsletter at the foot of this page — offers for the shop and the refill service go out there first 💙

Can I buy cylinders, hoses and burners from you too?

Yes — the GoFillAm shop carries cylinders, hoses, burners, regulators and the fittings that go with them, all sealed and leak-tested before they leave us. Delivery is one fee per trip rather than per item, it is free to your door in Port Harcourt over ₦50,000, and you can collect instead if you prefer.
