• Payment information — for card, bank transfer, or USSD payments made through Paystack, our payment processor; and bank transfer receipts you share with us directly to confirm payment for an order.
• Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, our contact forms, or social media.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and general location inferred from your IP address.
• Application data — CVs, work history, and contact details submitted through our Careers or rider sign-up forms.

• To process and fulfil your gas orders, including coordinating pickup, refill, and delivery.
• To communicate with you about your order status, quotations, and support requests.
• To verify payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To evaluate applications from prospective riders and employees.

• Riders — your delivery address, landmark, and phone number so they can complete your order.
• Partner gas stations — order details needed to refill your cylinder safely and accurately.
• Payment processors — such as Paystack, to process card, bank transfer, and USSD payments securely. We do not store your full card or bank account details ourselves.
• Service providers — such as hosting, analytics, or communication tools that help us operate the platform.
• Legal or regulatory bodies — where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, riders, and business.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. These fall into two categories:

12. The GoFillAm Store

The shop on our website runs on the same GoFillAm account you already use, and it keeps a small amount of extra information so that a basket survives a page change and an order can be delivered:

• Your basket and saved items — the products, quantities and options you have added. While you are signed out these are kept against a random visitor id held in your browser; when you sign in they are folded onto your account.
• Store orders — the items, the amount, the delivery or pickup choice and the address the order is going to, kept on the same account as your gas orders.
• Payment references — the reference and status our payment processor returns for a store payment. Card and bank details are entered on the processor's own secure page and are never stored by GoFillAm.
• Product questions — what you ask AMMA about a product, and any picture or document you attach, so that she can answer you and so the same question can be answered better next time.
• Reviews — the rating, the words and the name you choose to show. A review is read by our team before it appears on a product page, and you can ask us to take yours down.

What the shop sells, what it costs and what delivery costs are set by us and read by the website from our own records. Nothing kept in your browser decides the price of an order.
